Payments through the NORBYE webshop are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes the payment information necessary to complete the transaction. NORBYE does not receive or store your complete payment card details. Stripe processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Squarespace

The NORBYE website and webshop are hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace processes certain personal and technical information in connection with the operation, security and functionality of the website and webshop.

Delivery

When an order is shipped, the information necessary to deliver your order, such as your name, address and relevant contact details, may be shared with the carrier used for the shipment.

How long your information is stored

Personal data is retained only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Information relating to purchases, payments and invoices is retained for the period required under applicable accounting and tax legislation. Information relating to enquiries, custom orders, repairs or complaints is deleted when it is no longer necessary to retain it, unless NORBYE is legally required to keep it.

The NORBYE website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website and webshop to function correctly. Non-essential cookies are restricted. NORBYE does not currently use third-party advertising or marketing tracking cookies through the website.
